Paul and Jeremy really helped take care of our left rear tire. Seems the leaking had started after some body work was performed elsewhere. It had lost air every other day and was putting us at risk when going on highways for our volunteer work. Finally, it had lost 10 lbs of pressure, and without knowing the source, we were afraid to have a flat on our way to a very important annual event that evening. They rushed it, and since they had the part in stock, they were able to get me safely back on the road within 25 minutes after finding the problem! We were able to attend the event safely. Still holding air 5 days later. They went above and beyond!
These guys are great! Very Service Oriented. I was driving by their facility when I had a tire pick up a nail and I was losing air fast, so I stopped in. They were very busy and at first said it would be 1 1/2 hours of wait time. Then they conferenced and said they could get me on the road quickly. I only had to wait 30 minutes. These guys are real pros. Thank You!

Excellent customer service from this location. Landon (I think his name was) at the front counter was courteous & professional. My service tech, Nate, was equally the same and explained his work. Visiting here was a pleasant experience.
